Privacy

Floatflare is operated by Star Heartsong LLC. We keep the product simple: no accounts, advertising, tracking pixels, analytics scripts or portfolio connections.

What reaches us

Opening a page sends the usual web request through Cloudflare, our delivery and security provider. That request can include your IP address, requested URL, browser information and timing. Cloudflare processes traffic and security information under its privacy policy. Our application does not keep visitor access logs or record searches, chart activity or asset selections.

The selected asset and chart settings appear in the URL so you can share them. Your browser may retain that URL in its own history. Search text stays in the page. We set no application cookies and use no local storage. Cloudflare may set necessary security cookies when protecting a request; its cookie documentation explains those cookies.

Messages and service providers

If you email us, we receive the address and content you send. We use them to handle your request and retain the correspondence only as needed for that purpose, related records or legal obligations. Do not send account credentials or sensitive financial details. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Market data is collected by our server. Browsing a chart does not contact its market-data or issuer sources. Following an external source link opens that provider's site under its own privacy practices. Providers may process information outside your country.

Your choices

Contact wonderful@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or to raise a privacy concern. We will handle applicable privacy rights and may need to verify a request. There is no account to delete. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
